Dragon in Malvina’s cave.
Glossary Tag: dragon
Malvina is a Sorceress from Duane (post-Phasing Era), who was trained on the Island of Mörk, in the middle of the Icy Lands, the birth and dying place of the dragons along with her “sisters” (see The Story).
Later, she and her sisters separated, after finding and bonding with their dragons. They had glubolíns made from eggs of the same brood to communicate:
- Malvina, the youngest of the three, had kept the azure blue, and chose to go to the Dragon Head Peninsula. Her dragon is Leörmn
- Oörlaith had kept the mauve, and went near the town of Kapalÿka, on the Snimeÿa River delta bordering the Marshes of Doom. Andarión is her dragon, shape-shifting as the fearful Mighty Shrimp.
- Roselÿn, the eldest of the three, had taken the amber one, and had went as far as anyone would have dared go, flying on her spiked dragon Rëgkvist, past the Great Rift.
Naasir is not only a dragon, but more so a collective consciousness closely tied to the Alienor dimension.
Its involvement is mainly subjective action in the steering of events, answering of questions (see his interactions with Midora).
Buckberry is the first dragon born of Leörmn’s lineage.
His favourite pastime seems to be eating buckberries (fruits of a shrub found on the Duane). Currently bonded with Arona.

Heckle & Jeckle
By jorid onTwin dragons. Bonded to Írtak.
Heckle
- Heckle is a dragon with an affinity for air; one can tell him apart from his twin for his size is usually smaller and thinner, and his energy expresses in a wavy almost slithering manner offering little if any grasp at all.
Jeckle
- Jeckle is a dragon with an affinity for earth; one can tell him apart from his twin for his size is usually bigger and stouter, and his energy expresses in a strong and direct manner, yet not without suppleness and softness.
Name given by Georges & Salomé to creatures similar to our Earth lore dragons.
Dragons of the Duane
The species of dragons on the Duane has a specific function of balance between the remaining realms after the phasing of the Phrëal by the Guardians.
Like the Nirguals, their counterparts on the Murtuane, they act as gigantic repositories of knowledge, not unlike whales in our dimensions, though less physically focused.
Abilities
Dragons on the Duane have the ability to shape their environment.
Leörmn is known to reshape Malvina’s cave on a regular basis (see (ref.)).
Counterparts on the Murtuane
Dragons have counterparts called nirguals on the Murtuane.
Dragons and Nirguals
By jorid onOrigins
Dragons and Nirguals are physical manifestations of the non-physical collective consciousness of the Guardian, reconfigured so as to adapt to the different configuration and change of “frequency”; some humans or other races have potentials to become “bridges”.
During the phasing of the Phrëal, and the turmoils that occurred, some Guardians decided to remain behind, as much because they had taken a liking to the dimension, than in order to anchor and allow the process of phasing.
Counterparting action
Dragons and Nirguals act as vast repositories of knowledge, and are often less accessible (and forgotten) during times of turmoil. This has given rise to myths that they would disappear during wars, and their sighting were the sign of the dawn of a new Era.
Usually they would disappear in the underground caves for dragons, and under the oceans for Nirguals.
Dragons are more tied to the “physical and explorations”, linked to earth, woods and flames; whereas Nirguals are more tied to “emotions and ideas”, linked to waters, airs and forgotten…
Dragons have an innate understanding of the physical structure of space; nirguals of that of time (in a manner of speaking), and they can easily manipulate it to their needs.

Asiir is one of the first known dragons to have bounded with a human, which was made possible by two facts: the long period of dragon’s presence among the humans, and the less known one related to Asiir’s origins (Asiir was inserted as an egg as the result of a time-traveling experiment of Leörmn, Malvina and the guests in their rookery).
