He is the Jokan for the Gate of Meshran (Builders) – his gate energetic anchor is located in the Phrëal. His Gate is one of the three “Wandering Gates” (also called “Flying Gates”, one for each planet), meaning it isn’t tethered as strongly as the others, and are used for energetic adjustments in the Gate network.
