Nareena is one of the twelve Jokans, and one of the most powerful. She is consort of Nah’Rom with whom she has one known son, Zordran.

Her unique link to the Namataa, the collective consciousness of their species, makes her a direct conduit to their ancient knowledge, which she starts to doubt are steering them in a way of progress.

She has an affair with Noraam.

She is the Jokan for the Gate of Inijiir (Connectors) – her gate energetic anchor is located in the Duane, in the fjords of Åsgurdy.
